About the Role Unlimited Restoration, Inc. (URI) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth within the residential and insurance sector. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong ability to cultivate and maintain strategic referral partnerships while representing URI as a trusted leader in the restoration industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our network, educating industry partners, and enhancing brand visibility through active engagement at industry events and direct client interactions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring homeowners receive the highest-quality restoration services when they need them most. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including insurance professionals, plumbers, and other industry partners. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase visibility and generate referrals. * Educate referral partners on our restoration services through meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication. * Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to grow the residential sector. * Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in CRM (experience with PSA CRM is a plus). * Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction. * Have a flexible schedule to travel to other offices and attend events outside of regular business hours, which may require overnight stays. What You Bring * Experience in sales, business development, or account management within the restoration, insurance, or a related industry. * Strong ability to connect with people, present effectively, and build long-term relationships. * A positive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
