Open to candidates in central or eastern time zones The Account Executives are responsible for engaging small to mid-size corporate customers and educating them about Service Express products and services. They are responsible for the sales of the organization's services in a specific, assigned geographical area. What We Are Looking For From You: * Be a "Hunter", focused on selling new accounts * Prospect, set meetings, control own schedule, and exceed customer expectations * Listen to customer needs to create customized solutions * Communicate clearly to the customer what we are offering and how it would benefit the customer * Follow up and follow through with all existing customers and prospects * Maintain territory plan and activities to achieve assigned revenue goals For This Role We Are Looking For: * Experience in a customer-facing sales position * Proven background in heavy prospecting and new logo/business development * Proven performance in full sales life cycle is preferred: including prospecting, proposals, presentations and strong tracked record of closing new customers Competencies : * Exceptional oral communication and active listening skills * Ability to be resourceful and independent in a variety of situations * Strong sense of self-awareness and ability to give and receive feedback effectively * Ability to effectively learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and processes * Very energetic with a strong desire to achieve results We offer you: * $75-95k + uncapped commissions depending on experience * Workplace flexibility that empowers our employees * Personal growth and advancement opportunities * Paid volunteer hours and birthday off * Several health insurance offerings that start on day one * 50% health club membership reimbursement * Company 401k match _ Service Express is an_ equal opportunity _employer.
