INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Company Overview: Culverts, Inc. is a well established, industry-leading drainage supply business in Coraopolis, PA (just outside of Pittsburgh). We are searching for the next addition to our team. Position Overview: We are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated and team-oriented Inside Sales Representative who is ready to learn in this exciting and fast-paced industry. You must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable speaking with confidence to customers over the phone and via email. While the main responsibilities of this position will be sales related, you will also assist and be involved in some way with all major facets of our business. The applicant must be willing to take initiative on their own, and be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The Inside Sale Rep is a salaried position--offering health benefits and 401K plan. Inside Sales Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of sales and service to our customer base * Interact daily with customers to take orders and effectively resolve issues or their needs * Outgoing calls to well-established customer base * Ability to establish and develop strong customer relationships * Identify, contact, and establish potential new accounts * Complete order entry into the computer system * Obtain quotes from vendors for pricing for customers * Expedite orders - Work effectively with all departments to facilitate sales activity and shipping Only Requirements Needed: * You show up on time, ready to work! * You give 100% at all times! * You care about your job and take pride in it! * You want more out of a job than just a pay check!
