What You 'll Do: * Prospect new clients and generate roofing and exterior sales in your designated region. * Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing repairs, replacements, and exterior needs, and provide accurate estimates. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve personal and company-wide sales goals. * Maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service from initial contact to project completion. * Participate in continuous training and stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and sales techniques. What We 're Looking For: * Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry (not required, but a plus). * Must be comfortable getting on roofs for inspections and assessments. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. * A self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
