In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Sales bonuses will be included in this role so sales skills are a plus but not a requirement. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records. * Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Support sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional environment. Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. * Great Social Skills! * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English. * Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. * A proactive approach to customer support, demonstrating empathy and understanding. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. * You must reside in one of our states to be considered.
