Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, particularly in technology sales. The Sales Account Manager will leverage their skills in Salesforce and account management to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including warm calling potential clients. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, showcasing product benefits and solutions. * Continuously assess account performance and implement strategies for improvement. Qualifications * Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales roles. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully. * Experience in account management with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales department.
