Job Overview We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and talkative sales associate to join our team. Experience in kitchen cabinet design is a big plus, but not required -- we're happy to teach the basics of the 2020 design software to someone eager to learn! Responsibilities * Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Understand customer needs and effectively recommend suitable kitchen cabinet solutions * Drive sales by confidently presenting products and closing deals * Learn and utilize the 2020 Design software to create kitchen layouts and visual presentations * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment * Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and company policies * Collaborate with team members to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding service * Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture ongoing relationships and encourage repeat business Skills * Strong sales ability with a persuasive, goal-oriented mindset * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, outgoing, and confident demeanor * Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others * Willingness to learn new tools and design concepts (training provided) * Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred * Knowledge of kitchen cabinet design or 2020 software is a strong advantage (but not required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Performance bonus Work Location: In person
