Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist customers with past invoices * Quote prices and prepare sales orders * Determine the make, type, quality and availability of desired merchandise and make suggestions that meet the customer's needs * Entering proper information to generate accurate invoices for pick up or delivery * Accurately locate and pick products for order fulfillment * Estimate date of deliveries based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules * Assess and determine warranty items while ensuring adherence to manufacturer policies and meeting the specific needs of each customer * Maintain neat and professional work area * Promote company sales initiatives * Assist in receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities Qualifications * HVAC experience preferred * Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills * Strong attention to detail * Good reasoning ability and sound judgement * Good interpersonal skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office products * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity * Able to lift 50 pounds and operate a forklift * Able to pass a drug test and background screening Benefits * Weekly pay * Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance * 401k and Company match * Paid Holidays * Referral program * Competitive wage At Team Air Distributing, Inc., we're looking for a dedicated Counter Sales Representative who shares our passion for excellence and outstanding customer service.
