The Territory Manager should effectively manage and grow a designated sales territory in the Marietta, GA area with a strong commitment to results. We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated individual with strong work habits involving customer service in a variety of activities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be located within the territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Grow territory sales revenue by adding new customers. * Manage and develop existing customer base. * Perform sales responsibilities in a "consultant-like" relationship with customers. * HVAC knowledge. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong computer skills. * Detail oriented and organized. * Work independently or in a group setting. * Train and support customer needs. * Be accountable for results. * Reporting and budgeting. * Other responsibilities as assigned. Competencies * Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience. * Must be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Execute marketing programs by working through contractor customers. * Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills. * Must be a self-starter capable of working independently.
