Compensation: Uncapped Commission Job Requirements As a Retail Sales Representative, you should be goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations - your own as well as ours. You should also be organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to easily establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of potential customers. Other qualifications for this sales position include: * High School Diploma * Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment * Knowledge of the entire sales process * Strong telephone skills and ability to be comfortable with making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and personalities * Schedule flexibility to work from 8:00 AM until 9:30 PM and weekends * Computer proficiency, particularly with Internet Explorer, Excel, and Word * Knowledge of RQ and OMNI a huge plus Bartenders, servers, waitstaff, etc, are all encouraged to apply!
