Working under the supervision of the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Coordinator mission is to manage prospect lead development, prospective tours and move-ins and Welcome Home database. Job responsibilities include: * Responsible for the sales effort to support the achievement of required occupancy levels and move-ins for Paradise Valley Estates independent living. * Interact with both current PVE residents and prospective residents and families to educate them in the benefits of the programs available for independent living. * Responsible for community outreach and educating the public with regard to Paradise Valley Estates. Qualifications * Self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Strong time management and problem solving skills. * Ability to maintain poise and professional appearance * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with frequent interruptions. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. * Prior experience preferred but not required.
