We are looking for full-time Korean/ English Bilingual Inside Sales at a global equipment manufacturer near Duluth, GA. This position is full-time onsite position. Responsibilities - Korean/ English Bilingual Inside Sales: * Maintain the relationship with existing clients' accounts. * Support clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts in the Manufacturing Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and service. * Support and manage new and existing customer base through inventory control, handling of customer inquiries, customer complaints and other miscellaneous day-to-day business support functions. * Maintain communication with engineers and managements for update on account. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Korean/ English Bilingual Inside Sales: * Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, and related field * At least 1-3 years of inside sales/ account management experience in preferably manufacturing industries. * Business-level in Korean and English language -Speaking/ Reading/ Listening/ Writing * Proficient using MS Office Suite and SAP ERP software. * Great communication skills * Able to work independently under minimum supervision ========================================================= Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
