Benefits: * Health, Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities * Receiving payment for service transactions * Close service repair orders once vehicle is picked up * Reconcile credit card payments every evening, and prepare deposit * Balance cash drawer daily * Know how to use CDK Drive to process service repair orders, look up repair orders, ect. * Maintaining or creating customer satisfaction * Greeting customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner * Computing customer bills * Receiving cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; recording amount received * Accepting deposits, completing payments for extending warranties, and handling other purchases * Ringing up sales, bagging items, requesting price checks, honoring coupons, collecting payment, and giving appropriate change * Updating the customer's service history * Calculating materials charges, repair charges, and taxes * Understanding various types of warranties * Furnishing information about the dealership and its services and vehicles * Communicating clearly and courteously, and accurately relaying information about prices, vehicles, and services. * Answer incoming calls to the service department
