Full description of the position

Pharma Analytics Consultant Location: Atlanta (Hybrid: 2 -3 days onsite per week) This individual brings a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including salesforce effectiveness, HCP engagement, patient analytics, and market access. Their experience with pharma-specific data sources like IQVIA, MMIT, Veeva CRM, and Specialty Pharmacy data enables them to translate complex data environments into actionable strategies. Strong technical acumen in analytics tools combined with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, allows them to bridge the gap between business and technology teams. Responsibilities * Partner with stakeholders across Rare, Medical, and Early Access programs to gather business needs and align analytics. * Translate strategic objectives into detailed technical requirements, Kanban stories, and documentation for development teams. * Execute or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business needs are met. * Serve as the point person for business questions related to analytics, reporting, and data interpretation. * Support rollout communication and facilitate end-user training to drive adoption. * Define and prioritize analytical use cases linked to commercial and medical strategy (e.g., launches, omnichannel, access). * Lead conversations across various client stakeholders including sales, marketing and IT to ensure analytics are business-aligned and impactful. * Guide clients and stakeholders through the design of Enterprise KPI dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making. * Promote the adoption of reporting tools for customers by enhancing usability, providing training, and managing change effectively. * Play an integral role in building out Data Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) for our clients, ensuring repeatable, scalable reporting practices. Qualifications and Expertise * Proven track record in business analysis and analytics within pharma, ideally in rare disease, neurology, immunology, or gastroenterology. * Familiar with key industry datasets: IQVIA, MMIT, Veeva, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Support Programs, Rx data. * Technical proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Qlik, Power BI, and Excel. * Strong project and stakeholder management experience across cross-functional commercial, medical, and IT teams. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to facilitate strategic conversations and technical delivery.
