SALES ESTIMATOR Join a leading state-certified General Contractor based in Bradenton, specializing in condominium exterior remediation projects. With over 2,500 projects completed since 1988, this firm is at the forefront of advancements in engineering and construction technology. The leadership team offers deep expertise in construction and project management, collaborating with industry professionals across Florida. Due to significant growth and new projects, they are seeking a Sales Estimator to help drive their continued success in Southwest Florida and beyond. Key Responsibilities and Compensation: The role involves conducting take-offs, preparing detailed estimates and proposals, attending pre-bid meetings, and reviewing project specifications. Additionally, the position includes business development, engaging with industry organizations and events, delivering client presentations, and collaborating closely with the production team. Compensation is structured as a base salary plus commissions for successfully completed projects. The starting salary will reflect the candidate's experience, with opportunities for salary increases and bonus compensation based on job performance and achievement of targets. Job Type: Full-time Initial Compensation: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 plus per year combined salary, commissions, bonuses. Higher profits and higher volume sales will lead to higher earnings with the best commission schedule in the state. Experience Requirements: * At least 1 year of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a background in restoration. * Familiarity with impact windows and doors is advantageous. * Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential. * Experience with Xactimate is a plus. * Capability to conduct field take-offs. * Knowledge of ICRI: certifications, etc. Work Location: * Based in the Bradenton office with travel throughout the Tampa Bay area.
