Responsibilities: * Actively manage and grow your pipeline of buyers and sellers * Respond to leads in a timely, professional manner and nurture client relationships * Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings * Write and negotiate contracts with accuracy and care * Use brokerage tools and systems to track progress and communication * Maintain compliance with Florida real estate laws and brokerage standards * Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, harmonious culture Who We 're Looking For: * Licensed in Florida and ready to work * Strong communicator with real follow-up and conversion skills * Motivated to generate and nurture leads (you'll have help, but the hustle matters!) * Bonus: Already a member of the Osceola County Association of REALTORS (OSCAR) -- not required, but preferred for simplicity Ready to Grow?
