Company Overview: FCS Facility Services, a leading provider of nationwide commercial janitorial services, seeks a Business Development Assistant to support our VP of Business Development. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in administrative support and aspires to transition into a client- facing sales position. What You 'll Do: * Provide administrative and operational support to the VP of Business Development. * Assist in client research, lead generation, and outreach efforts. * Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare sales materials. * Track sales activities and maintain organized records. * Communicate with potential clients to support the sales pipeline. What We 're Looking For: * Strong administrative and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and attention to detail. * Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in learning the sales process. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Desire to grow into a Sales Associate role, involving client engagement, cold calling, and business development.
