Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with an established customer base within your territory, calling on clients weekly. * Follow and execute a proven sales program to maximize sales and service offerings. * Sell, collect payments, and service customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. * Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships with customers. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product advancements to offer expert advice and recommendations. * Act as a leader in your region, fostering a positive environment for both team and customers. Requirements: * Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or mechanical sales. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively. * A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving business growth. * Ability to identify and act on new business development opportunities. * Clean NYS driver's license required.
