POSITION : Business DevelopmentConsultant REPORTS TO : President PURPOSE OF POSITION: TheBusiness Development Consultant will create and build client relationshipswhile sponsoring interaction to obtain business. This person is responsible fordeveloping and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients includingbudget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, andclient presentations. SALARY : Base salary dependingon experience plus commission ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Grows revenue of PEO by strategically positioning ourservices at all decision-making levels * Secures new accounts and expand upon an existing book ofbusiness * Effectively follows up with prospects to develop business * Develops and maintains effective business relationships * Maintains and follows up with existing client relationships * Identifies and develops new market opportunities to expandthe company's fast growing client base in the U.S. * Initiates and delivers proposals to prospective clients * Responsible for understanding company's expertise andservices * Assesses the customers' needs and articulates solutions * Communicates directly with high level decision makers * Works closely with Corporate Team composed of Benefits,Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources to assist in bringing the customersalong in choosing our company for PEO services JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Prior business-to-business sales experience required * PreviousPOS or Merchant Services sales a plus * Bachelors degree in business or other field preferred * Abilityto influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes * Stronganalytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills * Excellentoral and written communication skills * Excellentinterpersonal skills * Abilityto work in a team environment as well as independently * Highlymotivated, goal-oriented and competitive * Willingnessto travel * Detailoriented * Eitherholds FL 2-15 or 2-20 Insurance license or willing to obtain Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pensacola, FL 32505
