Responsibilities: * Create Quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting to Grow our in-home sales * Drive sales growth and increase install revenue * Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports * Manage a team of in-home sales reps, hire, train, and work with installation departments regionally * POSITION OFFERS: * Competitive Compensation-(Salary Plus Bonus and Incentive Package) * Career Growth * Stable Environment Qualifications: * 5-10 years of Management Experience in the Home Improvement/Window Industry * Experience with Managing all aspects of a Home Improvement company including sales, and the installation of windows and doors * You MUST be able to manage hiring, training, and installation on a regional basis * Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST in the Window/Home Improvement Industry!
