Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Process customer policy change requests. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Requirements Required to take personality assessment to be considered for the role A property & casualty license is preferred Professional phone etiquette. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
