The Sales Development Representative**Opportunity: As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at TSI, you'll help small to medium-sized businesses develop their overall web presence. We are looking for someone with a hunter mentality to sell our products and collect uncapped commission along the way. Responsibilities: * Master pre-defined talk tracks to guide prospect conversations. * Qualify inbound leads as sales qualified prospects. All these leads filled out our lead form and asked for more information. * Daily Metrics: 250+ outbound dials, talk to 40-50 prospects, and make 3+ qualified demo transfers. * Administer live transfers to our dedicated Account Executives to run demos with prospective clients. * Set individual and team goals and work with a Sales Manager to exceed these goals.
