Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate & Repair Technician Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best repair solutions or accessories. * Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships to encourage repeat business. * Confidently close sales, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets. Phone & Tablet Repairs: * Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets, including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and other hardware/software issues. * Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace while handling customer devices with care. Operations & Inventory Management: * Process transactions accurately using the POS system. * Track and manage inventory levels of repair parts and accessories. * Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in phone repair (at least 1 year preferred) with knowledge of Apple and Android devices. Strong sales ability with experience in retail or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and capable of troubleshooting repair issues effectively. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Why Join Us?
