The Dream Inn, Santa Cruz is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer service oriented candidates to fill their Front Office & Retail Supervisor position. The Front Office & Retail Supervisor position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Dream Shop and the Front Office. This position is responsible for merchandising, stocking, inventory, sales, and organization of the Dream Shop to ensure sales goals are met. This position is also responsible for overseeing the Front Office Operations. Effectively communicate with managers, associates and guests. Train, coach and guide associates through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback. Practice active listening and communicate in a timely manner to managers and associates, providing prompt and thorough follow-through. Will practice and promote empowerment to resolve guest challenges. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in customer service, proper phone etiquette and attention to detail. A friendly personality and professional appearance with excellent communication skills are required. Located on Cowells Beach, adjacent to the wharf and historic Beach Boardwalk, Dream Inn, Santa Cruz is ideal for exploring Santa Cruz and has views of Monterey Bay from every room.
