Full description of the position

Job Functions and duties*: * Order Processing, distributing applicable files/forms to the necessary departments. * General front office work, coordinating with other team members to relieve receptionist as needed. * Maintaining sales order files. Matching documents and filing them in the appropriate place for future reference. * Provide support for the Sales team. * Handle incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors. * Back-up for Data/order entry - Entering customer information, order specifications, product item numbers, and selling prices. Processing change orders, working with the sales team. * All other duties as directed by manager. * Qualifications for Sales Assistant*: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good verbal and communication skills * Accurate data entry skills * Ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently. * Proficiency using computers - specifically with Microsoft Excel
