Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect products to meet their needs. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs. * Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. * Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining phone etiquette during customer interactions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. * Being able to test pool water and explain water chemistry to customers. Experience * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. * A proactive approach to selling, with a willingness to learn about new products and promotions.
