ANDRES is currently accepting applications for a*Business Development & Marketing Manager* opening. Business Development & Marketing Manager Knowledge and Experience Requirements: * College degree with 5-10+ years of experience in a business development role, specifically developing business within the world of public and private K-12 education, higher education institutions, municipalities, counties, government, healthcare, and religious facilities * Preferred experience leading the RFQ/RFP process for potential projects Business Development & Marketing Manager Responsibilities (not limited to): * Personally exhibit and mentor others to foster our culture guided by the following ANDRES Five Core Values: * Collaboration (Working together to achieve the best solution for each challenge) * Community (Creating a positive work environment where people feel valued) * Conviction (Accomplishing each client's vision through personal dedication and perseverance) * Integrity(Behavior founded on moral principles, strong ethics, and consistent honesty) * Respect (Demonstrating regard for each person's worth, value, and beliefs) * Seek new clients/opportunities and proactively engage with repeat clients to build a strong backlog of product types listed above * Lead the RFQ/RFP process in terms of gathering necessary information from the appropriate departments and creating the final submission * Attend events hosted by trade/local government organizations to generate greater exposure and opportunities within the market * Manage the ANDRES relationship tracking system inclusive of leads, staffing, and relationships both new and existing * Consistently represent the ANDRES brand across all cities/jobsites * Work in close collaboration with VP Relationship Development to create materials for client/owner meetings * Create and manage marketing materials for Business Journal showcases, advertisements, and any additional publications * Consistently create ways to keep marketing and ANDRES brand fresh and relevant within the market * Cultivate the seller-doer model of business development where our employees build long-term relationships by providing a better process and product * Share knowledge (best practices and lessons learned) on the ANDRES Forum Benefits : ANDRES is a 100% Employee-Owned Company. * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401K Plan * Vacation * Paid Holidays * Toll Tag coverage By applying, you certify that the answers provided herein are true and complete.
