Join Our Team: Certified Arborist / Outside Sales Are you passionate about trees and enjoy building relationships with clients? We're hiring a Certified Arborist / Outside Sales professional to join our team and grow with us! Key Responsibilities: * Conduct site visits to assess tree health and maintenance needs. * Develop and deliver tailored recommendations to clients. * Generate and close sales contracts for tree services. * Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. * Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: * 21+ years old * 1+ years of sales experience (preferably selling tree services or related work). * Clean background check. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be able to follow directions, work well in a team, and have a positive attitude. * Open to coaching and eager to improve. * Certified Arborist credential preferred (or willingness to obtain). * Driver 's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of local tree species and common tree care needs. * Experience preparing and presenting estimates for services. * Familiarity with arboriculture equipment and practices. * Technical proficiency with software for scheduling, CRM tools, or preparing quotes. * Problem-solving skills to address unique tree-related challenges. * Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
