Overview Who We Are: A Clinical Reference laboratory, located in Sherman Oaks, CA. We are specialized in Chemistry/Immunology/Hematology...etc testings. We offer to physicians a broad spectrum of tests that we can perform in our lab with quick turnaround time for test results. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical laboratory service sales field, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with physicians, care giving facilities...etc, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your sales expertise and leadership abilities. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients * Conduct our services demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows.
