About Capstone Hospitality: Capstone Hospitality is an industry-leading membership sales development firm specializing in membership sales for clubs. We have proudly partnered with 70+ private and semi-private clubs nationwide. Our expertise is selling memberships at country clubs, golf clubs, boat clubs, yacht clubs, and racing clubs. Capstone Hospitality is seeking a driven and motivated sales professional with a background in collegiate or professional sports to become the next Golf Membership Sales Director and sell private golf memberships at a client club. This position requires a two week training period. The first week of training is conducted remotely, while the second week takes place in person at our offices in Jacksonville, FL. There is free housing provided during training period. It is your responsibility to travel to Jacksonville, FL, for the second week of training. After completion of training, Membership Sales Director will be responsible for membership sales on-site at a golf club in the Port St. Lucie. Please ONLY apply if you are willing to relocate and be placed at assigned club. The position is NOT in Jacksonville. Locations are across the United States. Primary Role and Responsibilities include: * Direct membership sales to new members at Capstone's private client club * Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales budget goals * Implement strategic membership sales plan at the client club * Implement the Capstone Hospitality lead generation programs to generate new qualified leads for prospective new members * Generate new leads via outbound calling, networking, and marketing * Complete new member sales reporting and on-boarding documentation * Work with current club members and staff to promote referral programs * Become an integral part of the club staff on-site at the private club and provide exceptional client relations to club management and staff * Generate and submit accurate monthly and annual sales reports Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in sales and marketing * Minimum of 2 years collegiate or professional sports experience preferred * Excellent communication skills (written and oral) * Must be willing to attend training in Jacksonville, FL * Must be willing to work on-site at a club in Port St. Lucie * Strong partnering, influencing, and relationship building skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment, meet deadlines. and handle pressure * Self-driven and highly-motivated * Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems * Strong organizational skills * Work takes place in a client club setting and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, as well as the capability to perform both sedentary tasks and walk around within the club premises as necessary Income Summary: Performance-based compensation. Average annual compensation INCLUSIVE of base + commissions is $75,000-$130,000+. Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income with uncapped commissions.
