HVAC, dumpsters, uniforms etc * Not afraid of heights... you will have to do roof inspections. * You are a 'business hunter'... not content with working the bare minimum (your friends may even call you a hustler!) * You must be a good planner and a self-starter - this is critical for the job. * You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to maintain relationships for years to come. * You have a good mechanical aptitude. * You are a team player - you will help your team and they will help you. * Above all you are ambitious, with a work ethic that can take you to the top! You will also have the opportunity to sell reroofs. This is solutions-based selling based on value (not price) and you will collaborate with a wider team of sales, estimating, operations and technicians to turn opportunities into deals.
