We're looking for a Home Buying Specialist (aka Acquisitions Manager) who can get on the phone, build rapport fast, and close deals that help real people. If you love sales, thrive under pressure, and are ready to make $150K+ a year , we want to hear from you. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Meeting with homeowners who've reached out to us about selling * Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers * Following up with leads consistently (this is key!) * Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training * Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily Qualifications: * To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills * Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license * CRM experience preferred * Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred * Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role About Company At Heartland Buys , we help homeowners in Mobile and Baldwin Counties sell their homes quickly, simply, and without stress.
