Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Support Associate to build our CRM system, generate leads, and maintain current customer data. The ideal candidate will have prior CRM knowledge and be a go-getter with a passion for driving sales and enhancing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Build and customize our CRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the sales team and the organization. * Regularly update and audit the CRM to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Develop procedures for data entry and management to optimize efficiency. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through industry-specific networks and channels. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with current campaigns. * Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes. * Maintain and update current customer data to ensure information is accurate and comprehensive. * Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for new sales initiatives. * Create and distribute regular reports on customer insights to the sales team. Qualifications: * Proven experience in CRM management and data entry. * Experience in lead generation within relevant industries. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
