We are looking for talented and motivated people to join our team and help us to continue to grow. PSC is seeking an individual with experience running a warehouse. At PSC, every day is a new day, and given our two facilities, the warehouse manager must always stay one step ahead. Whether it is gathering materials for an order, unloading / loading a truck for a job, or organizing the warehouses, a PSC warehouse manager must possess great attention to detail and have a "get it done" attitude. While there is some level of support in the warehouse, a successful candidate would be self-sufficient and would be comfortable with managing resources to help accomplish tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Gain a deep understanding of the products PSC stocks and distributes * Learn the order process and gather orders on a daily basis * Improve and maintain organization within PSC's warehouses * Load and unload trucks entering and leaving PSC's facilities Skills and Qualifications: * Experience with fork lifts and scissor lifts is required * Experience managing a warehouse is required * Experience with fabrication (i.e., welding) is preferred Job Type: * Full Time Schedule: * Monday to Friday (typically 7AM - 5PM) * Weekends (As needed) Compensation / Benefits: * Competitive Base Salary * Potential for Year End Bonus * Company paid health insurance * Tiered Paid Vacation Time Off based on years of experience * Retirement program with company match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
