We primarily carry NFL products, along with a selection of NBA, MLB, and NHL items. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and creating an exciting shopping experience for sports enthusiasts. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable information about products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout areas. * Process returns and exchanges following store policies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience. * Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory as needed. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. * Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs. * Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems. * Experience in retail sales, preferably within a grocery store environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
