Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the dealership's success. * What We 're Looking For: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. * A strong understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * Basic computer literacy for managing customer records and sales documentation. * A valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to pass all pre-employment background screenings.
