Overview American Hakko Products, Inc., a leading Manufacturing Company of High-Quality Tools for the Electronics Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Western Regional Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth for So. California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the electronic manufacturing industry with a understanding of distribution, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires soldering experience, excellent account management skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and the capability to develop strategic sales plans. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering relationships with key clients, reps, and distribution channels. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals within the assigned territory * Generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. * Deliver engaging product demos that effectively showcase our offerings to potential clients. * Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales objectives. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management. Requirements * Proven experience in the electronic distribution sales, with a focus on outside sales and territory management. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. * Experience in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong emphasis on results.
