Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity! * This is an in-person position, you must live within commuting distance of our office in Pittsburgh, PA (Wexford). Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly Responsibilities: The position requires and includes the following duties, but is not limited to: * Develops and cultivates a qualified client base using a variety of marketing approaches * Prospecting for new business over the phone, utilizing social media platforms, email campaigns, and traditional marketing approaches * Solicits business through various methods * Attends trade shows and evening marketing events to acquire and retain clients * Estimating and selling projects per company guidelines * Responds to customers quickly and appropriately based on the specific process defined by The Pavement Group * Manages quality control for jobs through on-site visits and provides feedback internally from those site visits, as well as customer comments * Assists in training sales and supporting team members as needed * Create personal sales and business development plans and review these plans with your immediate supervisor regularly to ensure success * Personally, pursue an understanding of all products and services offered by the company through various training resources * Maintain a positive working relationship with all departments and everyone within the company * Works with CSR to maintain CRM and Reports as directed by Management * Project manage jobs when necessary Qualifications: * Prefer construction and/or facilities sales experience * Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills * Minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience * About Company We are a nationwide leader, known for delivering top-notch asphalt and concrete paving services to commercial properties and multi-property managers.
