Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Actively canvass assigned neighborhoods and territories to identify and engage potential clients interested in roofing and construction services. * Client Engagement: Introduce homeowners to Dynamite Roofing & Construction's offerings, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our services. * Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff and optimal client experience. * Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and appointments using company-provided tools and CRM systems. * Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and share insights from field interactions to improve outreach strategies. * Training Participation: Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about company offerings, industry trends, and effective sales techniques. * Territory Management: Travel within designated territories Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed, to maximize lead generation opportunities. * Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established targets for appointments set and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients. * Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physical Stamina: Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods, as the role involves canvassing neighborhoods. * Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within designated territories. * Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus but not required. * Technology Proficiency: Basic proficiency with smartphones and the ability to use company-provided tools for scheduling and record-keeping. * Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed. * Professional Appearance: Maintaining a neat and professional appearance when representing the company in the field.
