Full description of the position

Channel Account Executive - Copiers - REMOTE (Mid-West) Our client is a leading provider of digital imaging solutions for consumer, business-to-business, and industrial markets in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Currently, we are seeking an Account Executive, Technical Sales, for the Mid- West region who can help drive sales by developing strategies with key decision-makers. This is a full-time virtual/remote position based in Chicago, IL with an anticipated annual salary range of $70,000-104,000. The position is commission eligible under a 65/35 split plan. Responsibilities: * Develop sales strategies with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and end users * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned dealers and/or offices to promote strong business relationships * Effectively communicate with Fortune 500 customers, including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis * Provide technical knowledge and support to dealer sales channel and end user customers, including detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions * Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, education, and other channel-related support * Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support assistance * Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channel * Manage certain events/tradeshows as the coordinator * Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues * Have a working knowledge of company products and services Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED * 3-5 years of related experience * Experience with copier sales/A3 market required * Preferred experience in B2B retail sales, customer face-to-face interactions, copier dealer, or copier manufacturer * CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification * CompTIA Network+ Certification * 5+ years of sales/sales support and industry-related experience * Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas: * * PROFESSIONAL SELLING IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SIMULATION * FIELD SALES SIMULATION * TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION * SALES MANUFACTURING (TM): OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT SIMULATION * STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION * SALES COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES SIMULATION * Expect to travel over 75% in the Northeast or Mid-West for this position
