Poliform is a renowned Italian design firm specializing in high-end kitchens, custom closets, wall systems and furniture. We are currently looking to expand our Design & Sales team in our West Hollywood showroom. Job Description The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about design, have a proven track record in sales and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients, architects and other industry professionals. We are looking for someone who is friendly, articulate, organized and detailed oriented- and who has a true passion for their work. The candidate must be able to educate their clients on the products and guide them through the entire design experience with confidence. As Poliform provides turnkey service from the concept and technical drawings to the installation, the salesperson must also work in cooperation with other departments in order to ensure our client's satisfaction on each project; including a team of Project Designers, Administrators and Installation Coorindator. Must demonstrate a strong desire to be a team player and work in a collaborative and creative environment. This position will include both working on the sales floor of the showroom, as well as visits to the job site as needed. Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of sales and design experience; preferable with a luxury brand * Previous experience with European kitchen cabinetry a plus * Proven track record of driving sales; goal oriented * Presents in a professional manner * Works well within a team and also independently to achieve sales goals * Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment * Detail oriented * Ability to stay focused and follow through until completion of the project * Skillful at problem solving * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to engage with clients and provide excellent customer service * Knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule What We Offer Poliform USA, Inc. offers a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company matched 401K and generous time off.
