OneSparQ is looking for a Business Development Representative for a construction technology company. This position is located in Dunwoody, GA. Responsibilities: * Utilize cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking as lead development to generate new business opportunities. * Engage with potential buyers in identified business accounts to develop these leads into MQL (marketing qualified leads) and generate a sales pipeline for the rest of the team. * Develop leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities * Outbound prospecting to a targeted list of prospects * Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services * Set up meetings, demos and/or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives Required Skills: * 2+ years of SaaS sales/business development experience * Experience CRM software systems experience * Cold calling experience (up to 100+ leads a day) Additional Skills: * Experience in the construction industry * Project management software selling experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Shift: * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Atlanta, GA 30346 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Atlanta, GA 30346: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
