Full description of the position

Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct extensive research to identify potential prospects within target markets. Use various tools, including LinkedIn, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, and SFDC, to generate new leads and build a solid pipeline. * Outbound Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling techniques to initiate conversations and uncover potential sales opportunities. * Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, qualify them as sales opportunities, and schedule meetings or product demos for Account Executives. * Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Coordinate with marketing teams to align outbound efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities, lead interactions, and progress in CRM systems. Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead quality, and pipeline health to sales management. * Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to continuously refine and improve outbound strategies and techniques. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * 1-3 years of experience in an outbound SDR role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. * Proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification through cold calling and email outreach. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product value propositions clearly and persuasively. * Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft). * Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
