Back story Like many companies, Good Tidings grew and attracted a productive Comfort Advisor. With good success, we added a 2nd install crew and began training an additional sales rep, we were on our way! But this is where we began to distinguish ourselves. Due to a lack of integrity and other factors we abandoned this model and chose to send our top Techs to sales school. They loved the career advancement, empowerment, and additional income. Although not as lucrative, having front line Techs offering repair and replacement equipment options proved to be the best and most integrous way for Good Tidings to serve our customers while staying in alignment with our values. Proverbs 16:8 Better is a little with righteousness, than vast revenues without justice. However, because our Service Techs are very busy, we are regularly forced to turn away many HVAC replacement requests due to our lack of bandwidth. This overflow coupled with our desire to grow by 33% this year has us looking for the ideal Comfort Advisor to embrace our culture and help us with our goals. To make this objective a reality, we have attained a digital lead generation strategist, purchased five new super trucks, and have budgeted to add another install crew and support personnel.
