We offer competitive salary with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and 401k employer match. * ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Build and maintain relationships with clients as an Account Manager across both Julius and Amplify.ai platforms, serving as primary point of contact for platform and/or subscription related questions * Oversee the management and growth of your assigned book of business and customer base, focusing on both retention and growth/expansion year over year * Focus on account growth by upselling new and existing features & services * Foster strong client relationships to enhance platform utilization, engagement and influencer strategy * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive product roadmap and feature enhancement, as well as upsell opportunities * Develop and execute account strategies, including setting goals, and regularly reviewing performance against targets * Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively engage with clients to secure contract renewals and upsells to ensure a high renewal rate * Other duties as assigned Please complete the online application and email your resume to [please apply online] to apply for this job. * SKILLS: * Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up, entertainment, or media company * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills * Ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations * An understanding of current social/digital platforms * Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful * Ability to multi - task and prioritize duties * Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent & creator landscape * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack. * A commitment to excellence and a deep belief in diversity and collaboration * Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred but not required * 3+ years of relevant experience * PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions * Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, tools or controls * Ability to reach with hands and arms * Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the work day * Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment * Lift and/or move up to 15 pounds This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
