Full description of the position

This position reports to the Sales Leadership and is primarily responsible for selling cybersecurity products & services, UCaaS, CCaaS and managed IT to new clients globally. ISRs prospect and build critical new relationships with prospects and partners around the world--growing our pipeline of qualified new opportunities for our Inside Sales team. You'll uncover opportunities, nurture relationships and put data, technology and market insights to work to help our customers--and your TOPteam, win. Ideal ISR candidates are self-starters with a track record of successful, credible lead generation, follow-up and sales development experience at multiple decision-maker levels within small to medium-sized organizations. Primary Responsibilities: Inside Sales Representatives use skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of a product or service. Sales representatives are often expected to complete the following duties: * Develop meaningful relationships with prospects to foster trust and loyalty * Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process * Understand and demonstrate products or services to the customer * Set and meet established sales goals and objectives * Utilize a consistent professional contact attempt process via phone, email and chat to follow up, nurture and qualify leads. * Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities and accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports. * Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you maintain the role of knowledgeable and trusted resource to prospects and customers. * Successfully manage and overcome prospect/customer objections. * Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type. * Effectively utilize company CSR applications and tools to maintain current information on the status of all leads, opportunities and quotes. Qualifications & Skills: * 3+ Years of Lead qualification/ Sales Development * Familiarity with cloud-based software services is a plus * Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp up quickly * Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a great teammate * Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills * Quick and efficient with a computerTechOnPurpose
