Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Leader to lead and develop a dynamic sales team focused on a technical product line. This role is perfect for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly master new sales methodologies and scripting processes, and is passionate about driving results through data and performance metrics. As a Selling Sales Manager , you will play a dual role: leading by example through your own sales efforts while also coaching and developing your team to achieve peak performance. You will be accountable for individual and team KPIs, quickly integrating into our sales process, and enhancing team effectiveness through field leadership and real-time support. Key Responsibilities: * Rapidly learn and implement our sales and scripting process for a technical product line. * Lead by example--maintain your own book of business and close deals alongside your team. * Analyze and manage team performance through KPIs and key sales metrics. * Develop and execute performance improvement plans based on data insights. * Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching sessions to elevate team members' selling skills. * Train and mentor team members on objection handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques. * Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product teams to continuously improve the sales process. * Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or selling manager role, preferably in a technical or B2B environment. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets individually and as a team leader. * Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM systems and sales dashboards. * Ability to quickly grasp complex product information and teach it effectively. * Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable leading from the front and working hands-on with sales reps in the field. Preferred: * Experience implementing or adapting to new sales processes or scripting. * Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches. * Background in technical products, SaaS, or systems-based sales environments.
