Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional at Innov8 Supply, located in Orlando, FL with the option for some work from home. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication to drive business growth and development. Qualifications * Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise * Strong Communication and Customer Service skills * Proven experience in Lead Generation * Ability to work independently and remotely * Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach * Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus * Experience in Business, Marketing, or related field Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and generate leads. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Manage account portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies and product demos. * Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
