Full description of the position

As a Technical Solution Consultant , you'll be the technical voice of the sales team. You'll collaborate with Digital Workplace Specialists to understand prospect requirements, assess their IT infrastructure, and design tailored solutions leveraging our Managed IT services and Cloud Transformation Digital Workplace offerings. Your insight and expertise will help guide prospects through their technology transformation journey. Key Responsibilities * Partner with Digital Workplace Specialist during the sales cycle to identify, qualify, and position solutions based on customer requirements. * Conduct discovery sessions, technical assessments, and environment audits to evaluate IT maturity and identify gaps. * Translate customer pain points into actionable recommendations and solution architectures. * Design and present proposals for Managed IT services, cloud & infrastructure projects, and Digital Workplace enablement. * Collaborate with engineering, practice groups, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and implementation plans. * Demonstrate tech curiosity by exploring various innovative solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency. * Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, and level-of-effort estimation. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the evolving IT landscape. Qualifications Required: * 3+ years in a pre-sales, solution architect, or technical consulting role within an MSP or IT services provider. * Ability to assess client environments, document current state, and provide strategic recommendations Proven experience supporting sales of Managed IT Services. * Strong understanding of SMB infrastructure environments including networking, security, identity management, and endpoint support. * Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to present to executives and technical audiences. * High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
