As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Assistant to support and expand our outreach efforts especially withing the Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) network. Position Overview: The Business Development Assistant plays a key role in driving growth by maintaining and strengthening strategic partnerships, particularly withing the SNF comunity. This role involves extensive travel, face to face relashinoship building, and close coordination with internal stakeholders including clinical and administrative teams. Stablish and maintain strong, ongoing relashionships with SNF administrators, directos of nursing homes (DONs) and directors of theraphy (DOTs). 2. Visits skill nursing facilities regularly to ensure client satisfaction and addresses any needs or concerns. 3. Travel frequently throughout designate territories to support business developments efforts. 4. Coordinate and attend meetings, outreach events, and community presentations on behalf of the practice. 5. Assist in the management and coordination of APRN (Advance Practice Registered Nurse) activities related to SNF operation. 6. Support preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and client communications. 7. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide timely follow up with key contacts. 8. Conduct Market research to identify trends, tracks competition, and report actionable insights. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. 3.Comfortable with frequent driving and in-person interactions. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM systems is a plus. 5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 6. Self motivate with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. 7. Prior experience in healthcare, SNF, or medical business development is preferred. What we offer: 1.
